Meet Danielle McFarland

I have spent more than twenty years in hospitality: resort management, wine education, and event production. I am a Certified Wedding Planner and a Level 1 Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, and I founded Green Mountain Gatherings in 2023 to plan estate and tented weddings rooted in Vermont and planned across New England and beyond.

Along the way I built something I did not expect: a team of AI employees that runs the paperwork of my company, so I can lead the relationships and be home with my three kids. By Danielle is the house that holds all of it: the weddings, the venues I advise, and the systems I now teach to other wedding pros.

I believe a celebration should engage all five senses, that guests should feel cared for, and that the people hosting should be free to be present. The same is true for the people running the business.
